The Role:
Forge is seeking a forward-looking, execution-driven leader to accelerate its AI transformation across product, platform, and internal operations. As SVP, Enterprise AI Strategy & Engineering, you will be responsible for embedding artificial intelligence across Forge’s ecosystem to drive measurable gains in productivity, decision-making, automation, and innovation. This leader will play a pivotal role in shifting Forge’s mindset from “I want to use AI” to “AI is foundational to how we operate.” The role requires equal parts technical acumen, strategic vision, and change leadership.
Location: This is a remote hybrid role in Denver, CO with frequent travel to our SF, CA and NY, NY offices. We intend to open an office in Denver and once we do, we will require hybrid attendance onsite at least 9 days each month.

For residents of Denver, CO area, the annual salary range for this role is $260,000 - $310,000 + annual bonus. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, bonus, and other factors
