Foundation Risk Partners is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Vice President (SVP) of Employee Benefits Sales to lead and grow our Employee Benefits sales team in the Louisville, KY region. This strategic leadership role is responsible for driving regional sales performance, developing innovative sales strategies, and fostering strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders. The RVP will play a critical role in achieving annual sales goals, expanding market presence, and supporting the company’s overall growth objectives.
