Why This Role Is Important to Arcadia The Senior Vice President, Data Product & Insights is the senior-most executive accountable for defining, shaping, and building Arcadia’s Life Sciences data products and insights for commercialization.  This is not a portfolio-only or purely strategic role. Arcadia is seeking an executive who wants to stay close to the work—someone who combines enterprise-level ownership with direct, hands-on engagement in the most critical data, product, and commercial decisions.  Arcadia has built a highly differentiated real-world data asset spanning longitudinal claims, deep clinical EHR data, labs, and unique connectivity to provider workflows. The next phase of Life Sciences growth depends on translating that complexity into clear, analytically rigorous, and market-ready data products that are easy to understand, easy to evaluate, and easy to sell.  At the SVP level, this role carries end-to-end accountability for how Life Sciences data is brought to market, including how it is:  * Defined and modeled  * Exposed through insight and visualization tools  * Packaged and priced  * Positioned in the market  The SVP will set direction and build the operating model—while remaining deeply involved in the highest-leverage work, including data model design, product definition, pricing tradeoffs, and support for Arcadia’s most strategic deals.  A critical component of this role is translating Arcadia’s existing analytics, insight, and data visualization platforms—originally built for value-based care—into Life Sciences–ready products and workflows that resonate with pharma, biotech, and data-driven buyers.    What Success Looks Like In 3 months  - Develop a deep understanding of Arcadia’s Life Sciences strategy, data assets, GTM motion, and revenue targets.  - Establish strong executive-level relationships across Product, Data Engineering, Commercial, Partnerships, Legal, and Operations.  - Assess the current Life Sciences data product portfolio, analytics workflows, and insight surfaces, identifying gaps and near-term priorities.  - Initiate hands-on data model design and refinement, partnering closely with Engineering on near- and long-term Life Sciences data roadmap planning.  In 6 months  - Deliver a clear, revenue-aligned Life Sciences data product and insights roadmap, tied to FY26 GTM and growth priorities.  - Improve feasibility, cohorting, and analytical workflows to reduce deal friction and accelerate sales cycles.  - Adapt Arcadia’s existing dashboards and analytics tools to support LS use cases such as feasibility analysis, data exploration, and commercial storytelling.  - Personally engage in priority enterprise and channel deals as the executive authority on Life Sciences data and insights.  In 12 months  - Arcadia has a focused set of well-articulated, insight-driven Life Sciences data products with clear differentiation and pricing logic.  - Sales cycles are measurably shorter due to clearer product definitions, stronger analytical proof points, and more effective use of insight surfaces.  - The SVP is recognized by the executive team as the clear owner of Life Sciences data product and insight strategy, with direct impact on revenue growth and pricing discipline.  What You'll Be Doing
