Overview:

Dandy is hiring a Surgical Guide and implant Planning Designer to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company. The ideal candidate will develop comprehensive treatment plans for guided surgery cases, ranging from single and multi-unit implants to complex full-arch restorations utilizing stackable guides. This role requires technical expertise, dental knowledge, and attention to detail.

What You'll Do

•Assess patient CBCT for case viability, considering available restorative options and implant planning requirements.

• Ensure designs adhere to doctors' prescriptions and preferences.

• Adhere to design specifications and turnaround times.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve case-related questions and relay any design issues or clarifications to doctors efficiently and professionally.

What We're Looking For

  • Someone open to working US hours

  • Minimum 1-year Surgical Planning experience (in one of the listed steps, any software)

    • Case Setup (Segmentation, iOS alignment, tooth setup, nerve marking)

    • Treatment planning (Implant selection and positioning)

    • Final Surgical Guide Design

    • Presenting Treatment Plan to Doctor

    • Strong spoken English communication skills.

Bonus Points For

  • Design experience in Crown and Bridge, Dentures, or Implant Restorative

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Excellent time management abilities

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

  • Clinical experience placing implants or assisting in implant surgery
