Support Specialist – Training Academy (Student)

Support the Training Academy by coordinating trainings and providing technical support, ensuring smooth user experiences in both eLearning and in-person sessions.
Your profile
We’re looking for a tech-curious student who loves helping others and solving problems. In this role, you’ll support our Training Academy by coordinating trainings and providing hands-on technical support, helping ensure our eLearning and in-person trainings run smoothly and that learners have a successful experience.What You'll Do
- Process all incoming requests from the Academy inbox, schedule training sessions, register learners, and coordinate with trainers and stakeholders.(Training operations)
- Become proficient in our Learning Management System (LMS) so that you can setup online courses, manage access, track progress, generate reports, and review feedback. (Learning platform support)
- Learn IMS, the software we develop, so you can support learners with exercises, troubleshoot questions, prepare the training environment, investigate issues, and grade assessments. (Technical support)
What You'll Need
- Currently pursuing a degree in a technical or IT-related field
- Professional proficiency in English
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Curiosity and a technical mindset, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- A problem‑solving attitude and the ability to support learners and troubleshoot issues independently
- Familiarity with SQL or databases is a plus
