Support representative - German

Role Overview

Join a fast-paced customer support team assisting users with mobile service-related queries via phone and email. You'll handle account issues, explain service options, resolve billing questions, and identify sales opportunities. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys problem-solving and helping people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide support on account management, billing issues, and service information
  • Identify and recommend suitable products or service upgrades
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in the system
  • Meet performance and quality targets
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

Proficiency in German (B2 – C1 level)

Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Comfortable working with computers and customer management systems

Sales-oriented mindset and proactive attitude

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
