Support Manager

About the Role: We are hiring Support Managers who bring excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and strong coordination capabilities. This role provides direct working exposure with our USA Customer Success team and CRM leadership. The position is ideal for professionals who are eager to build a career in CRM and IT operations, while gaining hands-on training in Salesforce and foundational IT concepts within a global work environment. You will work closely with the Head of CRM and USA-based Program Managers to ensure communication, reporting, and execution of CRM initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend daily meetings with USA-based Program Managers and provide structured daily status reports.
  • Coordinate closely with the Head of CRM for operational updates, risk identification, and issue escalations.
  • Join internal project discussions to understand business requirements and track progress.
  • Maintain CRM trackers and generate basic reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Support CRM process documentation and operational improvements.
  • Participate in structured internal training sessions on Salesforce and CRM fundamentals.
  • Required Skill Set:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory).
  • Strong client communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Basic understanding of IT concepts (training will be provided).
  • Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
