Support Logistics Specialist

The Specialist I, Support Logistics role is to provide administration services for Warranty and Support on Promethean’s Hardware products. This role is to provide the best customer service through Service Provider process administration, asset registration, stock management, logistics, invoicing, purchasing, warranty processes and general administration support. We are looking for two employees for two different shifts: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and 2:00pm to 10:00 pm Base salary: PLN 56,200 - 84,200 + annual bonus Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Be part of a team that effectively administers warranty processes for:

Ensure excellent customer service, constantly striving to improve response & down times for the customer.

Job Skills and Qualifications:

At least one year of experience in General & Logistics administration

Good clear communication skills (verbal & written)

Flexible, positive, and creative approach to work and meticulous attention to detail

Self-motivated, well organized, and able to multitask.

Good team worker with a proven ability to manage own time effectively.

Ability to build collaborative working relationships, apply tact, diplomacy, and good interpersonal skills, when dealing with people at all levels

Ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritize appropriately.

Experience of logistics, stock management & warehouse processes

Relevant administration & Logistics qualifications

Experience in data analysis & report generation.

Experience of leading projects or a team would be an advantage.

A good knowledge of Salesforce.com and Infor LN system is preferable.
