The position is based in Copdock, Ipswich and working with justice, products and services.
To provide 2nd line support customers using our applications.
Deal directly with customers both electronically and on the phone
Provide 2nd level investigation support for customer queries and incidents
Keep detailed records of customers interactions
Monitor application system logs
Execute allocated test scripts during the development of maintenance releases for software applications
Support during the roll-out of applications
Create User Guides
User Training on site
