Our client is a government agency based in Philadelphia, PA. Data-Core Systems, Inc. is seeking a Support Consultant to join our Consulting team.

Required Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical and functional support to end users
• Assist with troubleshooting, documentation, and issue resolution
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and client stakeholders
