Support 2, Production Control

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Reports to Production Planning Supervisor
2. Plan, schedule, monitor and follow up closely on production performance and expedite the work order to ensure shipments to customer are meet
3. Regular interface with Production Manager/Supervisor/Leaders, Manufacturing Engineers and other required personnel to achieve the output goal and shipment requirement
4.  To communicate and coordinate especially with Production team regularly to ensure smooth flow of production
5. To prepare reports in timely manner
6. Required to work in shift and station in Production Office
7. Any other tasks related to planning that assigned by superior from time to time
8. Participate in Improvement Projects related to Planning/Manufacturing or Automation

REQUIRED:

1. SPM / Diploma holder preferable in Supply Chain / Logistic / Planning
2. Self-motivated and ability to work independently with the ability to effectively multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment
3. Willing to learn and work well and with good interaction with others

PREFERRED:

1. ERP knowledge. SAP & Oracle experience is preferable

SKILLS:

1. Knowledge of MS office applications especially on MS Excel
2. Good command in English
3. Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills
4. Minimum 3 years working experience in Production line
