Supply Quality Assurance Inspector

TLDR

Conduct pre-shipment inspections and validate product functionality with customer requirements while collaborating with suppliers and the Quality team.

Conducting the pre-shipment inspections in selected suppliers of consumer electronics.
Cross check the functionality of the product with customer requirements
Reporting the result of inspections to HQ in Europe and Supplier Quality Leader
Supporting the Supplier Quality team with root-cause analysis on supplier premises
Taking the necessary containment actions in case of non-conformity

Understanding of production process of consumer electronic (laptop batteries, chargers, inverters, UPS etc)
At least 5 years experience with inspections of Final Product, Pre-Shipment inspection
Capability of measurement of the electrical parameters and verification of compliance of product with producer specification (must have)
Knowledge of CE certification and regulations will be an asset.
At least technical Bachelor’s degree (preferred electronic background)
Readiness to travel to suppliers (mainly Shenzhen, Dongguan area and Guangdong province)
Knowledge of basic quality documentation (SOP, Control Plan, Control Instruction, AQL)
Active, problem solving mindset, focused on details
