M9 Solutions is seeking a Supply Planning Functional Analyst to work remotely in support of a government contract for a client located in Washington, DC. Candidates must be able to pass a background investigation for a Public Trust level clearance. US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute Supply and Demand planning processes in Oracle Cloud for end-to-end visibility across contract manufacturers and suppliers.
Configure and customize Oracle Cloud Supply and Demand Planning modules to meet complex business requirements.
Analyze forecasting models to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals.
Design and implement replenishment planning strategies to optimize inventory levels, improve service level, and perform date management.
Configure and customize replenishment planning solutions, ensuring the system addresses unique operational challenges.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document complex and custom business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for Oracle Cloud solutions.
Develop, test, and document business processes, configurations, and best practices.
Identify business pain points in existing planning processes and propose optimized solutions.
Possess and apply expertise across key tasks and high-impact assignments.
Plan and lead major technology assignments.
Evaluate performance results and recommend major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
Function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Work Authorization: US Citizenship is required.
Must possess at least 10 years of relevant work experience and a bachelor's degree from an accredited university. A postgraduate degree from an accredited university may substitute for 6 years of experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range

$60,000—$180,000 USD
