In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in managing end-to-end supply planning for international portfolios, ensuring high product availability, and coordinating closely with suppliers and internal teams to support efficient and reliable supply chain operations, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do

• Manage and execute end-to-end supply planning for assigned portfolios, ensuring high SKU availability and reliable On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) deliveries
• Collaborate closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to align forecasts, open orders, and supply capacity
• Monitor inventory levels and analyze supply data to identify trends, minimizing shortages and reducing waste
• Identify and resolve operational supply risks and bottlenecks, implementing proactive solutions to maintain service levels
• Track and report key operational KPIs such as OTIF, inventory value, and waste, supporting data-driven decision-making
• Drive continuous improvements in supply chain processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency
• Maintain accurate master data and planning tools to ensure seamless order generation and supplier allocation
• Work cross-functionally with supply chain, procurement, and operations teams to support overall planning and operational goals

What you’ll bring

• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced supply chain environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in supply planning, inventory data, and operational reporting
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify supply risks, operational bottlenecks, and process improvement opportunities
• Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment and adapt to changing business needs and supply conditions
• Proficiency in using planning tools, ERP systems, and data analysis to support supply planning and decision-making
• A collaborative and proactive approach, focused on maintaining high service levels, strong supplier relationships, and efficient supply chain operations
