Supply & Logistics Support

Job Purpose:

1. Ensure all daily supply operations for:

• fuels,

• lubricants,

• LPG,

2. Manage all daily customs and transit operations

3. Zero stockouts of lubricants

Principal Accountabilities:

· Fuel, Lubricants & LPG Purchases in ASPECT, SAP

· Entering gas, fuel & Lubricant transfers SAP

· Supply transaction and price- costs control

· Track charges for loaded trucks stock monitoring

· Bingo and Bobo stock depot reconciliation.

· Reconciliation of coastal stock depot

· Record the return to stock orders in SAP.

· Follow up of lubricants orders and takes required actions with suppliers, inspection

provider, transit providers, customs service, and depot managers.

· Determine and communicate the lubricants importation costs.

· Record the supply orders and receipt of supply orders in SAP.

· Follow up of supply records of direct deliveries.

· Verify the lubricants, fuel & transit suppliers’ invoices, customs fees and follow up the

payment to avoid fines and blockage.

· Record the customs fees payment proof.

· Check SAP supply provision to avoid the difference with invoices.

· Check and coordinate the exoneration establishment and benefit to VIVO ENERGY

· Ensure the tax exemptions are received on time by transit providers.

· Deliver products at lower costs and in the best possible time.

· All depot reconciled timely

· All transactions to be recorded in SAP must be done in a timely manner.

· Lubricants’ costs must be accurate and communicated one day before recorded in SAP.

· Avoid fine and supply disruption for late payment of invoices and Customs Declaration

· Ensure accuracy of data recorded and communicated.

· Ensure all transactions are correctly and accurately completed with Custom’s Services

Requirements

· Logistics, Supply, Industrial or Civil Engineer + 2-3 years of experience

· Supply and Logistic: Skill

· Stock accounting (posting Supply and Inventory transaction): Skill

· HSSEQ: Knowledge

· Transit and Customs clearance process: Skill

· Contract management: Knowledge

· Computing (Excel and Access): Skill

· SAP, ASPECT: Skill

· English: Skill
