Lead and coordinate Supply & Logistics operations for the region, ensuring efficient follow-up of international shipments, accurate billing planning, and the consolidation of logistics information from multiple production plants, while guaranteeing effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
Monitor international shipments, understanding and coordinating dispatches from different production plants.
Consolidate, unify, and keep logistics information from all production plants up to date.
Negotiate freight rates and terms with shipping lines and logistics providers.
Coordinate and communicate with customers’ logistics departments in each country.
Manage and validate shipping documentation (B/L, invoices, packing lists, etc.).
Follow up on invoicing and perform monthly billing planning.
Ensure compliance with Incoterms and multimodal logistics processes.
Provide consolidated and timely logistics information to the Sales team.
Manage direct plant-to-country operations with no warehouse in Panama (full container loads).
Lead and develop the assigned team.
Manage internal and external stakeholders, including challenging customers.
Adapt to working schedules with teams in different regions worldwide.
Bachelor’s degree completed.
Advanced English (mandatory).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, planning, or supply chain.
Previous experience as a Supply Chain Manager, Logistics Manager, Supply & Planning Leader, or similar roles.
Comprehensive knowledge of multimodal logistics processes and Incoterms.
Experience negotiating with shipping lines.
Advanced Excel skills.
Experience leading teams.
Excellent internal and external communication skills.
High level of responsibility and proactivity.
Ability to manage pressure and multiple stakeholders.
