Description of Duties

  • Accurate and timely creation of Purchase Order in SAP based on the output of supply planning (selling stocks, POSM)
  • Arrange and monitor shipments from Principal and LUXASIA Singapore
  • Accurately updates order and shipment detail/ status through close coordination with other functional departments and regional supply chain team
  • Closely monitors, update and maintain the correctness of PO quantity in SAP (based on fulfilment of Principal and actual in-bound quantity)
  • Trigger pick/pack process at SG WH and inbound creation (IB) to PH Warehouse team for processing of GR upon arrival of stocks
  • Responsible for article creation and master data maintenance
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as required, in support of contingency planning.
  • Work with demand planners for the tracking and analysis of actual purchases vs contractual purchase target per principal
  • Work with Regulatory Pharmacist to ensure all new launches and innovations are registered in FDA prior ordering and arrival of stocks in PH
  • Provides various reports, tracking, and analysis with related to purchases, new launches, claims to pricipal, inventory, and other areas of supply chain
  • Responsible for article creation and master data maintenance
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as required, in support of contingency planning.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in logistics, supply chain management, or business management
  • Possess 2-3 years of experience in supply chain
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail oriented and has a very strong coordination ability
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SAP experience is an advantage
  • Demand Planning background is an added advantage
