As a Supply and Demand Planning Manager, you will work closely with internal core teams to drive material readiness for new products.   • Serve as the bridge between business strategy, engineering build plans, and operational supply chain execution
  • Build demand planning models based on market data and “what if” scenarios that analyze new product introductions
  • Partner with Manufacturing Operations to plan factory capacity based on demand, mitigate risks, and prioritize requirements during supply constraints.
  • Forecast demand versus supply, define key factory metrics (e.g., forecast accuracy, fulfillment rate), and report performance to leadership
  • Manage clear-to-build (CTB), material readiness, and risk visibility across NPI, including risk releases, E&O, and mitigation plans
  • Drive scalable supply & demand planning processes, lead continuous improvements, and deliver clear weekly executive updates
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At minimum 6+ years of professional experience, including experience in supply & demand management and/or materials management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executive management and large, cross-functional groups
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to evaluate and analyze data to enable operational decision-making
  • Bonus Qualifications
  • MBA or Master’s Degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management
  • Experience in NPI Operations and/ or consumer electronics
  • Experience with MRP/ERP
  • Advanced modeling skills, with a particular focus on MS Excel, VBA, SQL, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools
