Why this role matters

Behind every beautiful plant is a complex global dance of materials, suppliers, and shipments. You are the choreographer. You ensure that inventory flows seamlessly so that our customers get their plants on time, every time. You aren't just pushing paper; you're the operational heartbeat that keeps the business running.

What you’ll do

• Drive the Flow: Own the entire Purchase Order lifecycle - from creation to delivery. You ensure materials arrive at the right place, at the right time, for the right cost.
• Guard the Data: You are the source of truth. You manage NetSuite data, BOMs, and arrival timelines, ensuring that Planning, Finance, and Manufacturing are always looking at reality, not guesses.
• Bridge the Gap: You are the connector between our global suppliers and our internal teams. You proactively solve delays and keep communication clear across time zones.
• Optimize & Automate: You hate inefficiency. You won't just follow the process; you'll constantly look for ways to make our logistics faster, simpler, and more automated.

Who you are

• Operational Pro: You love order. You keep processes clean, predictable, and error-free.
• Experienced: This isn't your first role. You bring proven experience in supply chain or logistics and are ready to hit the ground running.
• Data Native: You speak fluent Excel and understand how systems (like ERPs) translate into business decisions.
• Calm Under Pressure: When shipments get stuck or plans change, you don't panic. You pivot, troubleshoot, and keep things moving.
• A "Doer": You don't wait to be asked. You diagnose issues quickly and close the loop independently.
