Supply Chain & Planning Analyst Maternity Leave Cover

TLDR

Manage daily tactical supply chain operations and optimize processes as a maternity leave replacement in a dynamic environment.

MyHeritage is seeking a highly capable and proactive Supply Chain Analyst to join our global Supply Chain team.
This is a unique, hybrid opportunity to step in as a critical maternity leave replacement, managing our daily tactical supply chain operations and ensuring seamless operations across our  fulfillment  network.
In this role, you will be at the critical intersection of operational execution and strategic forecasting.  

What you’ll do:

  • Data Analysis & Performance Optimization:
    • Extract, clean, and analyze complex supply chain data across all layers of the network: inbound freight, outbound fulfillment, and reverse logistics.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key warehouse and distribution KPIs, including on-time delivery, carrier performance, and cost-per-shipment.
    • Conduct root-cause analysis on delivery exceptions or SLA failures, translating raw data into actionable process improvements.
    • Analyze transportation reports to monitor and track distribution performance.
  •   Planning:
    • Support the monthly S&OP process by analyzing historical sales data, marketing forecasts, and seasonality to model accurate supply plans.
    • Manage global inventory replenishment cycles

What you bring:

  • Excellent English (written and verbal) - a must.
  • 2-3 years experience in similar positions - a must.
  • Strong background in supply chain operations, logistics, or fulfillment ideally within an e-commerce or high-volume global environment.
  • High proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to audit complex freight, pricing, and 3PL invoices.
  • Proactive, independent and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Team player capable of providing professional support and guiding junior team members.
