What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and prepare quarterly supply plans based on historical sales and forecasts.
• Collaborate with the Demand Planner and Materials Planner to integrate demand and supply plans effectively.
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure availability and minimize stockouts.
• Create and maintain accurate records of supply chain activities and performance metrics.
• Identify and implement strategies for continuous improvement in supply chain processes.
• Participate in inventory reconciliation and reporting activities.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding supply issues and opportunities.

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain planning or a related role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or health supplements industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficient in demand forecasting tools and inventory management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
