    • OOS reporting and mitigation planning
  • Manage daily operational planning tasks to meet targets, uphold quality standards, and follow agreed processes
  • Lead and contribute to supplier meetings to strengthen collaboration and improve performance
  • Identify and escalate supply risks early, driving proactive mitigation plans across functions
  • Contribute to continuous improvement within Planning & Logistics, helping elevate supply chain excellence
  • Manage system settings to optimize inventory levels and service performance
  • Support the development of the Planning and Logistics roadmap

Requirements

  • Preferably an academic degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Engineering
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in supply planning within a complex environment—pharmaceutical or FMCG is highly relevant
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and planning tools (IFS, Visma, So99+ are strong advantages)
  • Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management abilities
  • Fluent spoken and written English

Benefits

  • Opportunity to create, grow, and encourage
  • Apart from a competitive salary pack, there are lots of growth opportunities to meet your personal ambitions
  • Flexible schedule and life work balance
  • Responsibility for exciting and challenging projects that have a direct, visible impact on our customers and the industry
  • Very positive work environment in a dynamic, international, and motivated team
