Description

  • Manage the entire process from supplier identification to ordering, logistics solutions, and ensuring high-quality delivery to warehouses.
  • Supervise daily ordering and purchasing activities for the vegetable category across all cities.
  • Oversee stock levels to guarantee adequate inventory for daily, weekly, and monthly sales.
  • Track and safeguard KPIs such as Out-of-Stock rates, Fill Rate, Input Costs, and other emerging metrics.
  • Continue sourcing new suppliers to enhance both quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Negotiate payment terms with suppliers to improve cash flow benefits.
  • Ensure timely deliveries from suppliers to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Conduct market price analysis to maintain internal price competitiveness.
  • Assess portfolio performance and propose adjustments regarding the removal or addition of new SKUs.
  • Collaborate with Operations to address supplier-related issues concerning quality, returns, and delivery timelines.
  • Perform weekly visits to warehouses to assess actual stock levels, focusing on preventing out-of-stock situations, quality, and shelf life.
  • Work together with the Accounting department on contract and debt matters.
  • Develop a supplier strategy to enhance bargaining power and stock availability.
  • Conduct site visits to evaluate suppliers’ facilities and operational capabilities.
  • Identify new suppliers and obtain quotes for the Sales team to present to customers.
  • Coordinate with the Sales team to prepare inventory for weekly and monthly campaigns.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and develop the vegetable team across various cities.
  • Travel between cities to oversee performance and resolve long-standing issues in order to meet KPIs.
  • Continue identifying kaizen opportunities to strengthen business competitiveness against market rivals.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line manager and Board of Directors.


Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership roles within F&B Sourcing & Purchasing, at least 3 years in the vegetable category.
  • Strong logical reasoning, problem-solving skills, effective communication, and robust leadership abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a talent for fostering relationships.
  • Outstanding listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive mindset, self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to acquire new knowledge.
  • Fluency in English and a solid understanding of the F&B market.


Benefits

  • Salary: Up to 50M Gross
  • The probationary salary is 100%.
  • Salary review once a year in December
  • Working time is 9:00 - 17:30, 5 days/week
  • Annual Leave is 12 days/year
  • Provide laptop and necessary equipment
