Who we are looking for

We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic team in Avon, OH. You will play a vital role in developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with our organizational goals, ensuring flawless efficiency and operational excellence.

What you will get to do

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize operational efficiency, inventory control, and cash flow.
  • Manage purchasing activities and personnel, coordinating all aspects of procurement including raw materials, hardware, and finished goods.
  • Establishes and maintains procurement-related processes including procedures, work instructions, and standard works, adjusting accordingly as the business grows and evolves.
  • Become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) regarding procurement-related functions within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
  • Maintain and build supplier relationships, ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Negotiate supplier contracts, ensuring terms protect company interests while encouraging mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Drive strategic sourcing and cost reduction initiatives, contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes.
  • Partners with the management team in leadership tasks. These include driving initiatives, developing and applying policy, addressing metrics with corrective action, and mentoring staff.

What you bring to the team

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field
  • 10+ years of experience within the supply chain management field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a direct leadership role within the supply chain field
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of developing and advancing talent.
  • Strong understanding of procurement-related functions, regulatory requirements, and market trends.
  • Outstanding communication and the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and basic computer literacy.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving central initiatives and achieving measurable outcomes.
