Requirements

Education/Training (both required and desired): 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in management or other relevant discipline required
  • Additional experience may be substituted for an advanced degree

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience leading a diverse team of professionals
  • Experienced and knowledgeable in Logistics, Import/Export, Warehouse operations, inventory management, material/production planning and strategic/tactical purchasing
  • Experience with Microsoft tools (Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Microsoft Office fluency
  • Technical writing experience or knowledge is a plus

Security:

  • Must be a US citizen
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance may be required

Physical Requirements

  • Able to assess, install, and modify equipment, and inspect machinery
  • Able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, grasp and reach with hands and arms, handle and operate hand/power tools and machine controls
  • Perform frequent wrist, hand, and finger movements
  • Prolonged periods of standing while operating machinery
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing appropriate safety gear (e.g., eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, etc.) for the assigned task
  • Able to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds at a time
