Join our remote team as a Supply Chain Manager and take charge of ensuring seamless operations from suppliers to customers, driving efficiency and enhancing the customer experience.

About the Role:
As the Supply Chain Manager for our eCommerce operations, you’ll oversee and optimize the end-to-end supply chain, focusing on logistics, inventory management, and order fulfillment. You’ll collaborate with vendors, warehouses, and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods, contributing to the success of our online retail business.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement supply chain strategies tailored to eCommerce needs, emphasizing efficiency, scalability, and cost reduction.

Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating favorable contracts to support eCommerce growth and operational goals.

Inventory Optimization: Monitor inventory levels across multiple sales channels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations, ensuring optimal stock availability.

Logistics Coordination: Partner with logistics providers to guarantee fast, reliable, and cost-effective order fulfillment and delivery to customers.

Data-Driven Insights: Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, improve lead times, enhance operational performance, and support data-driven decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align supply chain operations with business goals, promotional activities, and customer satisfaction targets.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline supply chain processes, enhancing overall operational efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements

Qualifications:

🎯 Proven experience in eCommerce supply chain management, logistics, procurement, or inventory control.

🎯 Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms and fulfillment strategies (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, etc.).

🎯 Proficiency with tools like ERP systems, supply chain analytics software, and eCommerce platforms.

🎯 Proficiency in analyzing supply chain data to enhance order accuracy, reduce costs, and improve delivery times.

🎯 Knowledge of international logistics, customs, and regulations is a plus.
