Furthermore, we collaborate with partners on the development of TransCon-based products in other therapeutic areas and markets.

Within Supply Chain Operations we are seeking a passionate Supply Chain Manager to join our growing team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in managing our Upstream Contract Manufacturers across multiple supply chains. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with global cross-functional teams working together to achieve extraordinary results.

You will join a department of seven dedicated colleagues located In Hellerup, within our larger Global Supply Chain Management organization, having the key responsibility for managing all supply chain-related topics and commercial aspects with our Contract Manufacturers. We are a diverse team representing multiple nationalities, and our everyday atmosphere is characterized by laughter, can-do attitudes and a constant focus on making a difference. 

Your key focus?

• Supplier Relationship Management - manage Contract Manufacturers across projects and supply chains
• Procurement - negotiate commercial terms with current and future Contract Manufacturers 
• Participate in the Sales and Operations Planning Process – execute operational, tactical & strategic planning   
• Drive and support projects & improvement initiatives
• Performance Management and Reporting – metrics, dashboards and management reporting

Our ideal candidate

• You hold a relevant education within Supply Chain Management and have practical experience with end-to-end supply chain management. In addition, you have several years of experience working in the pharmaceutical industry
• You can juggle many tasks while maintaining attention to detail and clear prioritization
• You are able to cooperate with multiple stakeholders and thrive in an international environment.
• You are a strong team player, analytical, and have a can-do attitude.
• You are proficient in English at a professional level, both written and spoken, and you master supply chain tools and systems
• You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and thrive in an informal, open environment where innovation and change are key - and no two days are alike   

Traveling: 10 – 20days/year
