With coverage in 150+ countries, 800+ airports, and more than 1,500 transfer companies in our network, Transferz is truly global. Our ambition is to become the market leader in ground transportation worldwide, and we are looking for an Supply Chain Intern to help us achieve this goal!
Role: Supply Chain Intern
Location: Amsterdam (Office-based possibilities of 1 home-office day per week)
Duration: At least 6 months
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
🤝 Support Destination Managers:
Assist with building and maintaining strong relationships with local transfer companies.
Collaborate on improving service quality and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Help manage a portfolio of destinations by supporting coverage and capacity planning.
🔎 Operational Analytics:
Analyze daily operations data, including ride volumes, quality performance, and pricing configurations.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support process improvement initiatives.
📑 Quality Management:
Collaborate with the team to track and improve customer satisfaction metrics, including Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Work on measures to elevate the quality of transfer services.
✍️ Newsletter:
Write the communications to our local transfer companies for them to be aware of Transferz’s changes
Qualifications:
🎓 Studying Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent studies
🇳🇱 Based in the Netherlands (Amsterdam, Randstad, Utrecht area)
🧩 A problem-solving, get-things-done attitude
📊 Data analysis experience is a plus
🖥️ Experience working with Excel
📅 Available full-time (40 hours a week)
