The Supply Chain GTM Director will develop and execute a strategy to grow Spaulding Ridge’s Anaplan Supply Chain business in North America with enterprise-level clients. This leader will focus on building a scalable, high-performing business by identifying key plays that expand bookings, maximize cross-selling opportunities, and deepen long-term client partnerships. 

What You’ll Do:  

  • Meet and exceed an individual sales target of up to $3M+ annually 
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for Anaplan Supply Chain opportunities: pipeline generation, solutioning, contracting, and deal closure 
  • Collaborate with Anaplan GTM leadership to define and execute the growth strategy for the Supply Chain portfolio 
  • Identify, develop, and prioritize market offerings and packaged solutions aligned to enterprise supply chain planning needs 
  • Build and execute account plans for enterprise clients, expanding long-term growth and trusted-advisor relationships 
  • Oversee and manage the Anaplan Supply Chain sales pipeline, aligning with revenue targets for the Planning & Analytics service line 
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities across Spaulding Ridge’s services and expand existing client engagements 
  • Partner with delivery teams to scope and design compelling Anaplan solutions across supply chain planning processes (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP, Network Optimization, etc.) 
  • Execute market-facing activities including events, thought leadership, partner engagements, and relationship building to drive awareness and pipeline 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding complex enterprise supply chain environments and delivering high-value planning solutions that align with strategic goals 
  • Provide thought leadership through white papers, events, webinars, and internal enablement initiatives 

Qualifications:  

  • 3-5+ years of selling Anaplan solutions, ideally in complex or multi-phase environments 
  • Strong understanding of agile delivery methodologies and the Anaplan delivery lifecycle 
  • Experience selling and delivering to enterprise-level clients 
  • Demonstrated business development success, with the ability to generate revenue from alliances, originations, and partner channels 
  • Deep functional and/or technical expertise in Anaplan, specifically within supply chain planning processes 
  • Strong business operations skills (e.g. forecasting, business planning, margin management, utilization oversight) 
  • Experience partnering with a diverse team of consultants, sales executives, and solution architects to deliver end-to-end solutions 
  • Existing knowledge of and relationships within the Anaplan ecosystem, partner channel, and supply chain planning community 
  • Experience leading client-facing activities: requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, solution walkthroughs, and executive reviews 
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with CxOs and senior supply chain leaders 
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, Engineering, MIS, or comparable work experience

Spaulding Ridge is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the United States across locations is reflected below. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will be determined based on a range of factors, including skills, experience, qualifications, and location. Please note that the range provided is subject to change at any time in accordance with internal policies and applicable law.
