The role

This role is part of the LB Supply Chain, under the Omnichannel Ops team. We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Exec to manage and coordinate order processing within SAP. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of orders, serving both retail deliveries and trade partner deliveries, while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.

Main responsibilities :

Order Management for Retail Deliveries (SG & HK Retail)

  • Input order into SAP for retail deliveries (replenishments & new arrivals), ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Coordinating with warehouse, commercial and retail teams to ensure appropriate planning of delivery to store, enabling high efficiency for inbounding. 

Order Management for LB Trade Partner Deliveries 

  • Input order into SAP for trade partners, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Input order into SAP for sponsorship orders, working closely with Marketing team, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Input order into SAP for orders extracting from SG & HK warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Working closely with accounts team to ensure timely documentation so that closing is done smoothly
  • Assist to inform LB Franchises on current stock levels and coordinate shipment initiations and processing of shipment documents

Support for other Omnichannel Operations tasks 

  • You will be expected to do some covering for team members within the Omnichannel Operations team when members are on leave. You will be able to learn more about other aspects of our function! 

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma in Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, Business or a related field preferred and interest in backend e-commerce operations.
  • No past experience needed, but of course experience in Supply Chain operations would be a plus
  • Ability to speak Chinese will be a bonus as you might need to liaise with suppliers in Chinese
  • Good knowledge on manipulating and analysing data on Excel or Google Sheets.
