Position Overview
This role combines strong data analysis and business intelligence capability with exposure to systems‑related projects across Supply Chain and Logistics. The Supply Chain Data & Systems Analyst will support the development and improvement of supply chain data foundations, build and maintain BI dashboards, and contribute to systems and process initiatives that enable efficient logistics operations.
The role will focus on hands‑on data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development, while also supporting & coordinating systems‑related projects with our India development team, and other Supply Chain ad‑hoc project work. The position also supports commercial decision‑making through cost modelling, RFQ analysis, and structured analytical support for internal stakeholders.

By strengthening dashboards, data quality, and reporting foundations, the Supply Chain Data & Systems Analyst helps the business better understand logistics performance, supports cost and service optimisation initiatives, and enables more informed commercial and operational decision-making across the organisation.
Roles & Responsibilities
Data, Reporting & Analytics Enablement
Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards for logistics and supply chain reporting.
Support in enabling detailed analysis of logistics costs, trends, inefficiencies, and performance drivers through high-quality data and dashboards.
Ensure reporting outputs are accurate, reliable, and clearly documented.
Support data validation, cleaning, and structuring activities in collaboration with Data Engineers.
Help maintain consistent data definitions and reporting logic across regions and 3PLs.
Business Intelligence & Visualisation
Develop reports and visualisations to improve transparency across logistics costs, supplier performance, and fulfilment metrics.
Translate business reporting requirements into clear, usable dashboards and outputs.
Support ongoing improvements to KPI reporting used across the business.
Systems & project Support
Coordinate systems-related projects across Supply Chain and Logistics (e.g. order management tools, API integrations with 3PLs).
Assist with documenting system requirements, workflows, and process changes.
Ensure systems and tools align with reporting and data requirements.
Commercial Analysis & Cost-Modelling
Build and maintain Excel-based cost models to support RFQs, tenders, and business cases.
Assist with freight, warehousing, and 3PL cost comparisons.
Provide analytical support to Commercial and BD teams as required.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Commercial, Sales, Marketing, and external partners.
Communicate analytical outputs and project updates clearly to stakeholders.
Support ongoing data and reporting requests across the business.
Skills & Experience
Experience in data analysis and business intelligence, ideally within Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations.
Strong capability in Power BI (dashboard development and reporting).
Working knowledge of SQL and structured datasets.
Strong Excel skills, including analytical models and cost analysis.
Experience supporting reporting, analysis, or systems-related projects.
Understanding of logistics operations and cost drivers is an advantage.
Clear communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.
