Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support scope definition and operational planning for a warehouse relocation
  • Coordinate warehouse transition activities and stakeholder inputs
  • Act as an extension of the client’s team throughout delivery
  • Support cutover planning, go-live and stabilisation
  • Provide clear reporting to our consultants and client stakeholders
  • Maintain a strong customer focus to ensure a seamless client experience

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5–10+ years’ experience in supply chain, logistics or warehouse operations
  • Strong hands-on warehouse experience
  • Experience working with local providers
  • Experience delivering warehouse or operational change projects
  • Comfortable working within a consulting environment as a sub-contractor

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong warehouse and 3PL operational knowledge
  • Project coordination and execution skills
  • Customer-focused, client-facing mindset
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable balancing remote coordination with on-site execution

NOTE: We are recruiting specifically for a warehouse move and the location is going to be in the Davao area so ideally we are finding applicants in that region.

Work Arrangement & Expectations:

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.

To ensure alignment and transparency, successful candidates will be expected to:

  • Disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work
  • Reflect this engagement on their LinkedIn profile (clearly marked as “Independent Contractor”)

At Hunt St we help Australian companies directly hire top 5% remote talent in the Philippines. You will be hired directly by the client, typically as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.
