We are now recruiting for a Supply Chain Co-ordinator to join our procurement team based in our Head Office at Landscape House.

So what’s YOUR mission?

You’ll be part of a supportive team, reporting to our Head of Procurement, ensuring the smooth administration of supply chain processes. In this busy position, you will manage the supplier management system, registering new suppliers, minimising supplier risks, and ensuring data is all up to date.

You’ll be key in coordinating timely and cost-effective delivery of goods, keeping yourself informed of the process, and working towards changing regulations. As an initial point of contact, you’ll also be there to support queries, provide sample requests, maintenance of preferred supplier lists, and data reporting. Working on our system, Dynamics AX, you will utilise its functions as well as EXCEL, to monitor and report all key measurement criteria.

Working across the breadth of our diverse manufacturing company you will have the opportunity to work alongside a whole host of different departments. This will require some great communication skills and a passion to be a part of a proud and ambitious workforce.

What are the mission-critical skills?

    • Excellent communication skills using a variety of appropriate methods such as face to face, telephone, email etc.) with internal stakeholders and colleagues in line with organisational standards. 
    • Work well in a team; support colleagues and contribute to achieving objectives or goals 
    • Seek to review, update and implement improvements to own method of working 
    • Excellent numeracy and analytical skills 
    • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word and ideally other software packages 
    • Must be able to prioritise effectively and work under pressure and to agreed deadlines  
    • Experience in Supply Chain role 
    • Worked with an ERP or SRM system (ideally AX)
