We are seeking a highly analytical and versatile Supply Chain Analyst with 5+ years of experience to drive strategic supply chain initiatives and optimize operational efficiencies. Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Analytics and Process:
- Build out a comprehensive S&OP process and analytics to align with organizational goals.
- Design and implement efficient processes for S&OP in collaboration with key stakeholders and conduct weekly meetings.
Supplier Cost Assessment:
- Evaluate key supplier costs, including unit economics, payment terms, and overall profitability.
- Provide actionable insights to improve supplier relationships and cost efficiency.
Freight and Shipping Cost Analytics:
- Develop and monitor KPIs to assess freight and shipping costs.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose strategies for improved logistics efficiency.
Data Analysis and Insights:
- Leverage advanced Excel skills to manipulate and analyze large data sets.
- Distill complex data into concise, actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Regularly report on supply chain metrics, trends, and performance to key stakeholders.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
- Support working capital management through financial modeling and analytics.
- Develop and implement frameworks for forecasting and budgeting within the supply chain function.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment with operational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, operations, or a related role.
- Superior proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing supply chain KPIs and analytics.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively present findings to executive leadership.
- Experience with S&OP processes, supplier cost assessment, and logistics/freight analysis.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
