SUMMARY
The Supplier Success Professional (Customer Service) will assist in developing and maintaining a world-class prequalification system for contractors, suppliers and vendors but being the first point of contact for all Avetta customers.
This role requires being fully fluent in English AND at least 2 of the 3 following languages: Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese.
If residing within commutable distance to our Maidenhead office, this role would require a hybrid work schedule after training (Tues-Thur in office, Mon/Fri work from home). Those outside of commutable distance may be considered on a remote basis.
This position will start on January 12, 2026 and requires 100% attendance for 8 weeks of training.
Training will be conducted from 4 pm-1 am GMT; after training, the hours will be 8 am-5 pm or 9 am-6 pm local time.
