SUMMARY
The Supplier Success Professional (Customer Service) will assist in developing and maintaining a world-class prequalification system for contractors, suppliers and vendors but being the first point of contact for all Avetta customers.
This role requires being fully fluent in Portuguese and English, both verbally and in writing.
If within a commutable distance to one of our offices, this role would require a hybrid schedule after training (Tues-Thur in office, Mon/Fri work from home). This position starts on January 12, 2026 and 100% attendance is required during the first 8 weeks of training.
Pay rate: $16.50/hour USD
