SUMMARY
The Supplier Success Professional (Customer Support) will assist in developing and maintaining a world-class prequalification system for contractors, suppliers and vendors by being the first point of contact for all Avetta customers.
This role requires being fully fluent in Japanese and English, both verbally and in writing.
If within a commutable distance to one of our offices, this role would require a hybrid schedule after training (Tues-Thur in office, Mon/Fri work from home). This position starts on January 13, 2026 and 100% attendance is required during the first 8 weeks of training. Due to global training, the hours of training are Tuesday-Saturday 1 am-10 am Sydney time.
Pay rate: $28.12-28.64 AUD/hour
