Job Summary:
The Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) is responsible for ensuring the quality of products throughout the development and production process, with a focus on Furniture/Wooden or Ply /Plate/household or similar related industry products. The SQE will implement and maintain quality standards, conduct quality assurance tests, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement. The anticipated annual hiring range for this position is CNY 137,433 to CNY 229,456, The final salary will be based on a candidate’s experience, location, and market practices. Beyond base salary, you will be eligible for an annual incentive program, health and welfare benefits, and comprehensive time off programs, including annual leave, public holiday vacation, sick leave, floating holidays, and other perks.
