What You'll Do

In this role, you’ll join the Supplier Operations team and provide essential operational support for the end-to-end supplier lifecycle. Specifically, you will; 

  • Execute daily supplier intake-to-procure activities, serving as the first contact for routine questions and ensuring timely issue resolution.
  • Complete sourcing tasks, including competitive events and renewal support, by gathering business requirements, analyzing data, coordinating RFx steps, and assisting in negotiation and contract processes.
  • Coordinate procurement workflows with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reviews, routing, and approvals before contract execution.
  • Manage supplier contract and purchasing activities by organizing executed agreements, maintaining templates, creating accurate POs, and reviewing invoices for correctness and coding.
  • Other responsibilities include ad hoc reporting, analytics, savings tracking, special projects and systems enhancements as assigned.

You're a kind, passionate and collaborative problem-solver who values the opportunity to think beyond the way things are. In addition, you're a resourceful problem solver with 1-2 years of experience in a Procurement function within a fast paced environment.

  • You are able to manage a high volume of requests and can independently meet deadlines.
  • You are knowledgeable about sourcing, supplier management, and negotiation concepts, including basic commercial and legal discussions.
  • You are an effective communicator with strong interpersonal and writing skills.
  • You are someone who builds and maintains collaborative working relationships across teams.
  • You are adaptable and eager to learn, comfortable working in tech-enabled environments and contributing to system and process improvements.
  • You have intermediate Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables)
  • You are excited about understanding and building systems and processes.
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, relevant certification, or commensurate experience

  • You have experience with Netsuite
  • You have experience with Tipalti and/or procure-to-pay platforms
  • You have experience with Tropic and/or procurement intake platforms
  • You are fluent in Japanese or German
  • You are interested in pursuing a CPSM, CIPS, or similar Procurement, Accounting, Sourcing or Project Management certification

Salary
£36,000 – £49,500 per year
