Overall purpose of the role:
As a Supervisor, you will be reporting directly to the Concession Manage. Your focus will be to support your Manager and keep the staff highly engaged, motivated and customer obsessed. You will also be turning the brand’s innovative vision into a reality every single day - ensuring an impeccable standard of customer service across all areas of the Premium retail environment.
You will not only support your Manager in a variety of different tasks to support the business needs, but also will have a team of Sales Specialists to supervise. You will need to enjoy solving problems and be able to work well under pressure and adapt to changes as the business evolves.
Working alongside the other teams and Selfridges departments, you will ensure you work collaboratively with all teams supporting where required and leading by example.
You will look to bring out the best in your team and demonstrate humility, maturity, support and a consistency to everything you do.

Being able to demonstrate an understanding of the importance of data entry when processing data, and how it affects the wider business
Some previous experience in a Supervisory role within a similar industry, would be an advantage
