Supervisor - Security

As the Supervisor – Security, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all security operations within the office premises. You will focus on managing security guard activities, ensuring effective access control, monitoring daily security operations, and maintaining compliance with company security and safety procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of security guards across the office premises.
● Ensure proper deployment, attendance, and shift coverage of security staff.
● Monitor and review security operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
● Oversee access control processes, including visitor management and employee access permissions.
● Ensure all security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control) are functioning properly and escalate issues when required.
● Review and validate daily security logs, incident reports, and shift handovers.
● Act as the main point of contact for all security-related matters within the facility.
● Coordinate with internal departments and external authorities on security-related issues.
● Support and manage emergency response procedures, including evacuations and incident handling.
● Conduct routine inspections to ensure security standards are maintained across the facility.
● Identify risks, gaps, and areas for improvement in security operations and recommend solutions.
● Ensure security guards maintain professional conduct and appearance at all times.
Requirements
Qualifications
● High school diploma or equivalent.
● Security or safety-related certification is preferred.
Experience
● 3–5 years of experience in facilities coordination, security supervision, or related roles.
● Experience managing or supervising security staff in office buildings or corporate environments is preferred.
Skills
● Strong coordination and organisational skills.
