Key Responsibilities

Mentor, coach, and evaluate Communication Specialists
Lead training and ongoing performance development
Monitor call quality, KPIs, and department metrics
Manage scheduling, staffing coverage, and reporting
Ensure client expectations and service standards are met
Regularly perform Communication Specialist duties

Qualifications

Proven success in the Communication Specialist role
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical ability
Preferred four-year degree (experience may substitute)
