  • Respond to emergency situations as required and provide supervision outside normal business hours for shutdowns and major works.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and participate in safety programs.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Maintenance Superintendent.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field; or Associate's Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience; or High School Diploma/GED with 8+ years of experience in electrical systems and electronic instrumentation.
  • 5+ years of production electrical experience in heavy industrial plants, preferably in crushing, grinding, milling, and related equipment.
  • Advanced knowledge of PLC programming, industrial electricity, and safety practices.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, drawings, and schematics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex electrical and instrumentation systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in supervising teams.
  • Proficient in computer operations, including SCADA, word processing, and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to respond to emergencies and work flexible hours as needed.
