Your New Role

• Lead and oversee daily field operations for commercial and industrial construction sites

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to keep projects on track

• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget

• Monitor site progress and proactively resolve any issues that arise

• Maintain proper documentation using tools like Bluebeam, RS Means, and QuickBooks

• Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance on every job site

• Location: This position is based in the field across active project sites (travel may be required based on project location)

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or industrial construction

• Familiar with Bluebeam, RS Means, and QuickBooks or similar tools

• Ability to manage subcontractors and vendors effectively

• Must meet background requirements for government or secure job sites

• OSHA 30 Certification preferred

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
