IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

As a Summer Intern, you’ll become an integral part of our cross-functional teams, working alongside engineers, analysts, designers, and product experts on real-world projects that have global reach and impact.

You’ll gain hands-on experience from day one and be encouraged to contribute ideas, take ownership of tasks, and build solutions that are used in over 60 countries.

This is a full-time summer internship based in Lisbon and English is our working language. You will be assigned an onboarding buddy to support you during the internship.

As a Site Reliability Engineer Intern, you will:

  • Improve monitoring and help elevating the quality, performance and resilience of our products

  • Engage in and improve existing services, through deployment, operation and refinement of current implementations

  • Assist in maintaining services by measuring and monitoring availability, latency and overall system health

  • Develop and maintain tools for automating operational tasks to reduce manual intervention, minimize errors and improve efficiency

  • Document procedures, best practices and knowledge about the products.
