Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to support our Knowledge & Content Management initiatives. This role is ideal for someone interested in technical communication, content creation, and knowledge systems. The intern will work across multiple projects that improve how information is created, organized, and delivered to both internal teams and external users. What You'll Do What We're Looking For

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• High attention to detail and organizational ability

• Interest in technical writing, instructional design, or knowledge management

• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, user-friendly content

• Familiarity with tools like Google Docs, Notion, Confluence, Github, Docebo, or similar is a plus
• Experience with video editing or content creation tools is a bonus (e.g., Camtasia)
