The Summer Intern will support the Servicing team by assisting with loan reviews, documentation, and communication related to default prevention and foreclosure oversight activities. This internship provides hands on exposure to servicing operations, internal customer service, and regulatory compliance in a professional financial services environment. This Internship is located in our Houston office.

Primary Job Duties:

  • Get hands‑on with real loans and learn about what happens after a mortgage loan funds such as loan boarding, customer service, default, foreclosure, and loss mitigation
  • Track updates, follow‑ups, and progress so nothing falls through the cracks
  • Work alongside internal teams and external partners to help solve real servicing challenges
  • Review and organize documents
  • Shadow the Servicing team, ask questions, and jump in to support projects

 

 

 Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation, possess the ability to work in the Houston Office M-F, 40 hr work week
  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program (business, finance, legal studies or related field preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Target base hourly wage is $20 per hour - Monday - Friday.
