The Position
We are looking for Summer Interns to join a new AI initiative to drive efficiencies at Job&Talent by listening to and evaluating the performance of AI tools in phone calls. We offer hands-on experience at a competitive hourly rate as part of a dynamic and young group of people, ideal for individuals with strong English skills and attention to detail. You will have the flexibility to perform the tasks assigned to you at the time and location of your choosing. This position is a remote, part-time summer internship, offering flexible hours (20 hours per week) and will run through August 31st.
Responsibilities
- Listen to 1-minute phone calls to evaluate AI tool performance and identify issues
- Collaborate with the team to ensure quality and consistency in spotting AI tool errors
- Report findings and provide feedback to improve AI tool capabilities
You have...
- High proficiency in English listening skills (at least C1)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies
- Positive attitude and hands-on approach to tasks
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks without losing focus

- Previous experience with AI tools or quality assurance roles
- Background in customer service or call center operations
- Familiarity with reporting
