Recruitment Programs is a core part of Agoda’s People and Organizational Development team within Talent Acquisition. We help design and deliver key hiring projects—like early careers pipelines, employee referral campaigns, and internal mobility initiatives—that support Agoda’s growth and talent needs. Our team values collaboration, learning, and making a real impact through well-run projects.

The Opportunity:

Get to learn project management in People Team’s Recruitment Programs segment, where we support initiatives, improve and maintain the efficiency and effectiveness of some of our most effective sources – University Recruiting, Referrals and Internal Mobility.

In this role, you'll get to:

  • Facilitate collaboration and effective coordination across various Agoda departments and teams within Talent Acquisition to achieve project milestones and support business initiatives. Uncover opportunities, analyze issues, identify risks, and propose solutions to be implemented
  • Support projects aimed at improving and maintaining operational KPIs such as hires, quality of hires and conversion rates
  • Define and design action plans for initiatives in partnership with management team
  • Resolve problems through data analysis and effectively communicate your findings
  • Ensure calibration between project teams and other stakeholders as well as provide efficient and regular reporting to management

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Currently enrolled as a 3rd-year student or below and will maintain student status throughout the internship period.
  • Available to participate in the internship program from 22nd of May to 31st July 2026 (10-week program)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Formulas and functions) and Microsoft Powerpoint 
  • Great English communication skills in both spoken and written forms
  • Structured logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong numerical acumen
  • Positive attitude and openness to learn and adapt
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, multicultural environment
