About Agoda

At Agoda, we bridge the world through travel. Our story began in 2005, when two lifelong friends and entrepreneurs, driven by their passion for travel, launched Agoda to make it easier for everyone to explore the world.

Today, we are part of Booking Holdings [NASDAQ: BKNG], with a diverse team of over 7,000 people from 90 countries, working together in offices around the globe. Every day, we connect people to destinations and experiences, with our great deals across our millions of hotels and holiday properties, flights, and experiences worldwide.

No two days are the same at Agoda. Data and technology are at the heart of our culture, fueling our curiosity and innovation. If you’re ready to begin your best journey and help build travel for the world, join us.

Get to know our team:

Our Design team is a mix of product designers and researchers based in Bangkok, building the experiences behind Agoda’s products. We team up with product managers and engineers to understand real user problems and turn them into clear workflows, smooth interactions, and thoughtful visual interfaces.

We’re small enough to stay hands-on and scrappy, but big enough to shape how millions of people travel. It’s a place where you can sharpen your craft, try new things, and see how design decisions actually ship.

The opportunity:

As a Product Design Intern, you’ll join the team that’s reimagining how travelers search for, book, and manage their flights. You’ll help design intuitive, user-friendly experiences that make it easier for people to discover, search, book, and manage their flights on Agoda.

This internship is your chance to see how product design really works in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You’ll learn from experienced designers and work alongside product managers, engineers, and researchers, while contributing to features that are actually used, not just living in a mockup file.

In this role, you'll get to:

  • Creating and refining wireframes and mockups for parts of the flights experience
  • Updating flows and components based on feedback from senior designers
  • Joining design critiques and turning feedback into better designs
  • Helping prepare prototypes for usability tests or internal reviews
  • Keeping design documentation, flows, and patterns tidy and clear
  • Working with product and engineering to sort out requirements and edge cases
  • See how product design works inside a real product team using an agile process
  • Turn business goals and user needs into concrete design solutions
  • Get exposure to A/B testing, experimentation, and data-informed decisions
  • Practice explaining your designs and giving/receiving feedback with kindness and candor
  • Help shape consistent UX patterns across a large-scale, global travel platform

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Currently enrolled as a 3rd-year student or below and will maintain student status throughout the internship period.
  • Available to participate in the internship program from 22nd of May to 31st July 2026 (10-week program)
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI principles (e.g., user flows, wireframes, visual hierarchy, accessibility)
  • Experience with at least one modern design tool (Figma, Adobe XD, etc)
  • A portfolio, school project, or personal work that shows how you think and design for web or mobile
  • Structured, logical thinking and solid problem-solving skills
  • Genuine curiosity about how people use products and how design can make things feel simpler
  • Openness to learning from user research, data, and feedback (and iterating when things change)
  • Strong English communication skills, spoken and written
  • Ability to walk others through your design decisions and ask good questions
  • Comfortable working with designers, product managers, engineers, and data folks
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn, experiment, and adapt
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic, multicultural environment
  • Open to feedback and motivated to keep leveling up your craft
